Our goal is that you will be very happy with your purchases
• If you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 5 days of purchase.
• Please contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Approval Number.
• Returned items without approval will not be refunded.
• Gift Services are not refundable
• All items must be returned unopened and unused in original sealed product packaging for refund or an exchange.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance and delivery confirmation fees.
• A credit will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account within 10 business days after receipt of returned merchandise.
• A restocking fee up to 20% of the item(s) purchase price may be charged at our discretion, to cover our initial shipping expense (if the order was shipped for free to you, it was not free to us).
• Original shipping is non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns on special orders or sale items. We is not responsible for claims after 5 days of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
