Biscuitery De Provence: This sixth generation family-owned business is based in the Drôme, across from Mont Ventoux. Their products traditionally use the rich local ingredients like olives, almonds, basil or goat cheese to play strong, leading roles in Provençal biscuit and cake making.
Craquantes de Vinsobres are small, dry almond biscuits. They first appeared in 1908, in the baker's shop in the village of Vinsobres. Since then, the recipe has been lovingly passed on, preserving the precious taste of almonds and the unique crunchy texture.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, almonds (25%), whole eggs, pure vanilla extract 180g (6.4 oz)
