Casabel Black Olive Tapenade - Olives Noires
“Tapeno” is the Provençal word for caper, hence tapenade, that heady mixture of capers, olives, and often anchovies. Use these rich smooth spread on toast for an appetizer, or use it as ingredient in salad dressings or sauces. This black tapenade is made from black olives with capers, olive oil, anchovy paste, salt, and herbs.
