Biscuitery De Provence: This sixth generation family-owned business is based in the Drôme, across from Mont Ventoux. Their products traditionally use the rich local ingredients like olives, almonds, basil or goat cheese to play strong, leading roles in Provençal biscuit and cake making.
These small, crispy, finely cut biscuits are flavored with the best ingredients Provence has to offer. Studded with with slivers of almonds, these crackers are fabulous in apéritif with a glass of wine, but you can also use them in salads.
